YES! We've got plenty of rentals in all sizes with both hockey and figure skates. With school kids requiring many of the same size skates, we request a complete list of skates 2 weeks ahead of your event.

Deposit agreements are required to book your group's date and time. Full payment is due on the day of your booking.

Schools are responsible for their own transportation to our facilities. There is ample space for bus parking and we offer complimentary coffee and skating to all drivers.

With snowshoe and hiking trails, indoor and outdoor games, gathering areas, warm fireplace, bonfires, and more, there's always something for everyone at RIverOak! 

There is no minimum size of group, however group size will impact the price per student. for smaller groups, we recommend visiting during regular business hours where we can offer you more affordable options.

One adult may attend free for every ten paying students. Additional adults may attend at the student rate.

Payments can be made by e-transfer or cheque. Cheques must be sent by picture or hand deliver. Never mail cheques.

Due to unpredictable winter weather, we ask that all schools secure a backup date to ensure that your students will not miss out on all the fun.

No, for larger school groups we offer private bookings. your group will be the only one present on the day of your booking.

Meals are not included. Hot drinks, snacks, and food are available for purchase at our cafe.

Once a date is booked and deposit agreement is made, there are no cancellations. Should inclement weather prevent buses from running or trails from opening, booking will be shifted to backup date.

Hockey and ringette are always encouraged at RiverOak! However, the final decision on pucks/sticks being permitted will be left to the discretion on the individual school.
